1. Nature of Our Services

Travel With Shelly acts as an independent travel advisor and booking facilitator.

We assist clients in researching, planning, and arranging travel services, including cruises, resorts, tours, transportation, and related services.

We do not own, operate, or control the travel suppliers (including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, or tour operators). All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.

2. Pricing & Availability

Travel pricing is dynamic and subject to change until confirmed and deposited.

• Prices are not guaranteed until booking is completed and confirmed
• Promotions may expire without notice
• Cabin categories, locations, and perks are subject to supplier availability

We are not responsible for pricing changes made by travel suppliers.

3. Deposits & Payments

Payment schedules and deposit requirements are determined by the travel supplier.

By authorizing payment:

• You confirm that all traveler information is accurate
• You authorize us to submit payment on your behalf
• You agree to the supplier’s cancellation and refund policies

Late payments may result in cancellation by the supplier.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations are governed by the individual supplier’s policies.

Travel With Shelly does not control:

• Cancellation penalties
• Refund timelines
• Supplier change fees

Refunds, if applicable, are issued directly by the supplier according to their policies.

We strongly recommend travel protection coverage.

5. Travel Insurance

We may recommend travel protection plans; however, purchasing insurance is the client’s decision.

Travel With Shelly is not an insurance provider and does not guarantee coverage outcomes.

6. Travel Documentation

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure proper documentation, including:

• Valid passport
• Visas (if required)
• Health documentation
• Entry requirements

We are not responsible for denied boarding due to improper documentation.

7. Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Weather disruptions
• Mechanical issues
• Government regulations
• Supplier operational changes

By booking travel, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

Travel With Shelly acts solely as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers.

We are not liable for:

• Supplier insolvency
• Service failures
• Acts of negligence by suppliers
• Schedule changes
• Lost baggage
• Injuries during travel

All claims must be directed to the appropriate supplier.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel With Shelly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from travel services arranged through third-party providers.

10. Website Use

All website content, branding, materials, and resources are the property of Travel With Shelly and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
