A: Yes. A valid passport is required for international travel.

A: Travel With Shelly acts as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers (hotel, tour operators, airlines, etc.).
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Deposits are non-refundable, and supplier cancellation penalties may apply. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your trip costs if you need to cancel for a covered reason.
Q: Can I dispute or charge back my payment?
A: By booking, you agree not to dispute or charge back authorized payments. All payments are subject to the agreed terms and supplier policies.

Q: Is there a minimum number of nights required?
A: Yes. The resort requires a minimum 4-night stay for all group reservations.
